The organization was established in response to the families for primary health care, Education services, Good governance, human rights, research and economic stability in Tanzania. Formally, began as a small initiative with 5 founders. Currently the organization has 25 members’ (men and women) who provide voluntarily crosscutting issues such as a Primary health care service, education and entrepreneurship, human rights and Good governance to the community.
The AFAP’s overall goals as stipulated in its vision and mission statements accomplished by five main programs achieving our aspiration as follows
To provide sexual reproductive health rights and family planning education accompanied with its accurate and precisely information.

To empower disadvantageous families and other vulnerable groups with entrepreneurships skills to have quality and sustainable income generating activities

Cooperative with nursery, primary, secondary and high learning institutions for the children and youth in Tanzania are
GOOD GOVERNANCE AND HUMAN RIGHTS PROGRAM
To provide all Tanzanians with human rights and good governance education accompanied with appropriate and princely information related.
Under this program AFAP shall conduct researches as follows:
Focusing on crosscutting phenomena affecting the community. Focusing on the socio – economic developmental projects
